Modern food habits and their drawbacks 

Every one of us is consuming food in daily routine, basically into three portions as breakfast, lunch and dinner. The portions may be the same but our food habit has been changed from our ancestors. There they used to take only healthy food instead of considering about the taste, but here our major demand is taste food like spicy, crispy, sweaty, etc. Do you really think we are moving towards a good healthy life style by this type of food, certainly not. It will spoil your health, baking the veggies and meat is only to kill germs in it, but for taste we are cooking it for long time with some spices will promote the fiber content in the food to evaporate and may cause various diseases like cancer and so on. Use clean eating meal plan for good health.

In a research shows, cooking for more than 100 degree Celsius may cause of heterocyclic amine in the food item. This leads to cancer. Especially boiling, steaming, stewing does not exceed 100 degree Celsius, but frying, baking, grilling exceeds 200 Celsius above, so avoid baking and grilled food for good health. At the same time, when the food cooked with oven also makes it unhealthy, because it takes up to the temperature of 400 degree Celsius.

Now, everyone is consuming food with some chemical configurations, but our body doesn’t recognize it, it assumes that as foreign body in the digestive system and does not have enzyme to reduce it. So help your body system for better health. Our body will suffer to digest some sort of pasteurized, refined and homogenized food. Refined food include oil, sugar, white flour and products made from this like bread, biscuits, etc. pasteurized food include

  • Vinegar

  • Wine
  • All type of fruit juices in packets

And so on, as pasteurization is slow cooling of products to kill bacteria in it for long days. But the benefit provided by raw food does not compete with this one.
